When use duckduckgo's onion site with ToBrowser security slider set to
high it forces safe search setting to strict.
1. go to https://3g2upl4pq6kufc4m.onion/ or https://duckduckgo.com with
tor browser security slider set to high.
2. search for anything.
3. the search results are show using the safe search setting to strict
4. there is no option to disable the safe search strict setting.
This can Deter people from using DuckDuckGo with the high setting.
