#23776: After no script updated to 5.1.1 the "scripts currently Forbidden"
message
pops up at the bottom of Tor Browser

After noscript updated to 5.1.1 the "scripts currently Forbidden" message
pops up at the bottom of Tor Browse, this message popup causes the screen
size of TorBrowser to decrease, making a fingerprint attack easier.
I tested this on macOS 10.13 (17A405)
and TorBrowser 7.5a5
I attached a photo showing the bug.
