#4749: Torbutton 1.4.5.1 will not save Exceptions in the Firefox cookie manager

When Torbutton is enabled, entries made to the Firefox cookie manager are
not saved (i.e., they disappear when TBB is closed and reopened).
The problem does not occur if the entries are made when Torbutton is
disabled.
How to get there:
Firefox (Aurora) menu bar --> Tools --> Options --> Privacy tab --> Accept
cookies from sites, Exceptions...
(OS: Win XP Home, 32-bit)
