So that the code exists on a TPO server, Kathy and I pushed our
development branch. Due to important dependencies such as #24614 and the
fact that we do not yet have a public BridgeDB server to test against, it
is probably not worthwhile for other people to try to use this yet. But if
you want to take an early look, it is here:
