#24763: Tor make check FAIL: src/test/test

I try to make tor from source following this
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/MacBuild#ObtainingaRecentlibevent.
1) reinstall libevent
2) reinstall openssl
3) download tor-0.3.2.8-rc source
4) ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/tor --with-openssl-dir=/usr/local/ssl
--with-libevent-dir=/usr/local/lib && make
5) make check
After this I get:

FAIL: src/test/test
}}}
Why it could be?
Maybe because hardware acceleration is disabled in openssl configuration?
Or it doesn't matter especially for tor?
