As mentioned I proceeded with removing the WIP header.
Alison, could you make the page read-only and writable to the subscribers
of this trac ticket?
I thought a bit about maintaining the guide: I'm happy to maintain the
technical part of the guide but probably just if it can not be changed by
anyone - since that would (probably) unnecessarily increase the effort
required to maintain it. (i.e. if someone makes changes to configs)
I'm aiming to add some security related recommendations or references and
filed #24872
