I'd like to be able to build and run unit tests on my branches on oniongit
with:
* tor pure C
* tor Rust/C
On:
* i386
* x86_64/amd64
* armhf
* arm64
There doesn't seem to be an oniongit component, but I think this involves
Jenkins, too.
