There seems to be intermittent HPKP errors in the browser console on
Windows which are related to our update checks. This got reported on our
blog: https://blog.torproject.org/comment/276419#comment-276419.
As mentioned there as well one can see those errors quite frequently if
one opens the About Tor Browser menu after start-up (which does the update
check)
