comment:36 seem to work well in my Fedora 28 test VM. Thank you! Might be
worth testing in Tails again too, given the previous weird timing
differences.
These worked well for me on Ubuntu as well, both with and without
TOR_SKIP_LAUNCH. If this combination works on TAILS, I agree we should
stick with it for the upcoming release.
