A user reported on our blog
(https://blog.torproject.org/comment/276819#comment-276819) that
downloading a website leads to lost pictures and layout. Not sure about
the latter but I tried to download the current blog page I was on and at
least the Tor Browser image at the top was not displayed anymore loading
the site via file:///.
Not sure if that's a regression.
