The Windows instructions on
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en are outdated and
should be updated to match the latest TBB.
This means new screenshots, and removing lines that say things like "Make
sure that it says "Tor Enabled" (5) in the bottom right corner before
using it."
