See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1515598. A pop-up that's
supposed to be for actual Firefox is incessantly appearing in the current
version of Tor Browser (8.0.4 macOS) because of some setting somewhere.
This could be because of some random sampling.
