#29458: Make sure that op-hk (and the other instances) do not run out of disk

Just noticed that op-hk is soon going to run out of disk space. The other
instances might be affected, too. Not sure if the log archive is the
primary cause for that, but maybe compressing rotated logs would help.
(Just don't delete them, please.)
