I am not sure whether this should be solved by:
1. seeing if we can find the local copy of libtorsocks before make install
(faulty, eg if the user moves torsocks somewhere totally different after
make)
**OR**
2. Statically linking libtorsocks (right now it's a shared library, but I
don't know if there's a good reason for that)
