OK! pt, es and hr are sorted out.
* pt is not there anymore, we have pt-PT and pt-BR now.
* hr is hr, not hr-HR
* (es is going to be offered as es_ES on our torbutton repos, although is
mapping to es in Transifex. This situation has not changed, we have only
deleted a ghost es_ES in Transifex with no translations)
