Our code in `test_circuitpadding.c` says:

}}}
But both #29298 and #29122 are closed now.
If this test will work now, let's enable it. If it is no longer useful,
let's remove it. If it is disabled for some reason other than the one
that's described in the comment, let's adjust the comment.
