Some people following some links on our website end up on the old download
pages at https://2019.www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en or
https://2019.www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en or
https://2019.www.torproject.org/download/download.html.en and are confused
by a page showing an old tor browser version.
I think we should redirect those URLs to the new download page to avoid
this.
