Found a "check site status" page for it:

Looks like they do blame the entire domain, both the base domain and the
snowflake-broker URLs currently report the status:
This site is unsafe
The site bamsoftware.com contains harmful content, including pages that:
Install unwanted or malicious software on visitors’ computers
Contain unwanted or malicious software
FWIW, they do have an appeals process:
https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/security/hacked/request_review
but I've no idea what credentials or flaming hoop jumping that would
require.
