We say "overwrite stem.descriptor.remote.DIRECTORY_AUTHORITIES" but it's
not there anymore. Now it's "stem.directory.DIRECTORY_AUTHORITIES"
But really we should get rid of this hack and allow people to define the
DirAuths in depictor and use that list if present instead of asking stem
for the dirauths.
