to the changes in client usage. Note that by "drops significantly" we're
talking about going from 30 users to 10 users. Our proxy usage has been
steadily growing, however.
I'm referring to actual usage, since it seems unclear to me how one can
keep using snowflake when it stalls whenever one hits a proxy operated
with the WebExt in Firefox (please consider #31100#comment:26).
