so i'm going to merge the "archive those old private SVN repos somehow"
problem from the corp SVN and internal SVN tickets into a single one:
#32272, because it's a common problem.
i will treat this ticket as the "shutdown SVN internal" problem, which has
now been fixed, just so i get the impression that something is moving here
at least.
