We have `osslsigncode` patches (e.g. de-coupling the signing from the
timestamping option to be able to sign offline and timestamping later on
over Tor) and there seems to be an
[https://github.com/mtrojnar/osslsigncode active fork ] of the previously
maintained code at SourceForge.
