I never seen some documentation or tutorial say how to anonymously(safely)
file a tor bug in trac.torproject.org.
For example:
Is public contents of "Copy Tor Log To Clipboard" in trac.torproject.org
can cause anonymity risk?
How can I avoid such risk when I report bug in trac.torproject.org?
