Okay, saving my `debootstrap-image` dir in my `outdir` and starting fresh
over works. Using the old one again breaks again. So, I suspect this bug
is a good example for #28102. If someone wants to look deeper let me know
and I can look closer at the old `debootstrap-image` contents (the ubuntu
base image is the same for both, for instance).
I guess the least thing we could do is mentioning this possible error in
our `README.BUILD_ERRORS` file.
