But, with comment:25 being said, maybe the best answer is that we just
hack our user-agent string and append " Tor" for now, and we see what
happens. We can iterate on the Client Hints idea in a year when they
(maybe) actually exist. I don't really see a benefit for appending `/1`:
if that is a boolean then `Tor`'s existence is sufficient, if that is a
"Version" then I don't know what we are versioning.
