planning/monitoring from TPA folks?
The only thing we can think of is the mail server might run out of disk
space if we have too much mail to handle in the backlog.
What do those email look like? Are they all the same email sent to
multiple targets (which share disk space), or multiple, distinct emails
(which don't)? How big are they?
