It's hard to say whether the failure of Tor is due to the GFW or some
other cause. I think sigvids is right that the failure of custom obfs4
bridges is a known problem in the current version of the Android build.
They aren't available for Android yet, but we have been working on
improved Snowflake packages and it would be valuable if you could try them
in China and say whether they work for you. These are experimental and
will only work for 60 days.
