Okay I made some more progress on this:
- proxy-go now performs the test every 24 hours
- did a refactor of the proxy-go code
What I want to do before requesting a review is:
- do another refactor pass
- clean up the commit history
- implement an average latency calculation
After that I can start working on the webextension changes and UI
