Sorry for the delay on this - been way behind on my emails.
I am on go version `go1.13.6`
I can also confirm after setting `GO111MODULE=on` I am able to fetch the
correct module with `go get
"github.com/agl/[email protected]"`
I am building these modules into a docker container, so I will just set
`GO111MODULE=on` for now as a workaround.
