to be updated in order to support esr68 versions of Tor Browser.
The package versions used are for current mozilla-central (78).

Patch in https://gitlab.torproject.org/acat/tor-browser-bundle-
testsuite/-/commits/32537 (f3d05690356a10f76db4c22a677220fd2615e171). I
also added a check for `virtualenv2`, as I needed it for my environment,
and remove code for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1345274
workaround.
