2 days ago I started a new [https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-
dev/2020-May/014273.html thread on tor-dev@], asking if anybody is using
OnionPerf's measurement results in the .tpf format. If we don't hear
anything by our weekly meeting on Thursday, I'd say we can move on to step
2.
Just in case we decide in the end to keep the .tpf format and not do step
3, we'll have to take care of #34031. I hope we don't have to.
