`bug_33563_v3` (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser-

has changes for `tor` to review. The branch contains as well all the other
libs needed to build it. `/rbm/rbm build tor --target nightly --target
torbrowser-android-$ARCH` could be used to test that.
I built the same commit on different machines and the result is
reproducible.
