It adds the following fields to the BlockedBridges table:
* bridge_type (e.g., "obfs4")
* address (e.g., "1.2.3.4")
* port (e.g., 80)
* blocking_country (e.g., "es")
* blocking_asn (e.g., 1234)
* last_measured (e.g., "2020-05-20 00:00")
