Arturo and I discussed this idea last week, and we decided against adding
such a feature to Atlas. We didn't find a simple enough data store to put
the list of favorite relays/bridges of a user, nor did we want to
persistently store which relays or bridges a person is interested in.
Another application than Atlas which uses Onionoo's data could implement
this functionality. Closing as wontfix.
