I thought of a cool thing to add to this context menu UI: "Block All
Tracking Data From Site". This would disable cookies, cache, HTTP Auth,
SSL state, HSTS, keep-alive, etc etc etc for the site.
We could then render such site icons translucent or something in the UI.
It would probably only be most useful if the user opted in to disk storage
in #3100, because we'd need to store that bit on disk to allow the browser
to remember it...
