#6815: Warn: Your server (1.2.3.4:80) has not managed to confirm that its
DirPort
is reachable. Please check your firewalls, ports, address, /etc/hosts file,
etc.

After upgrading to Tor 0.2.4.2-alpha Tor warns that the DirPort is not
reachable. But testing the ip from outside brings up the configured tor-
exit-notice.html. So the DirPort can be reached from outside.
