It would be very neato to have a webgl-based network map of tor relays,
with height of line showing bandwidth served, and color showing uptime or
longevity of identity/nickname of some sort.
See http://blockchain.info/nodes-globe for an example. Note this does not
work in tor browser because noscript is set to disable webgl.
