I'll start patching the Firefox update process in the near future (looking
at my ToDo list I'm beginning in 2-3 weeks I guess) as this is critical
for the 1.0 release of the JonDoBrowser and I am inclined to patch it in a
way that you'll be able to use the result as well (out of the box on the
client side). Thus, if you (Mike or whoever is responsible for the
issue(s) at hand) are (still) interested in this work it would be good to
know the requirements/expectations you have. I would especially like to
know the minimal feature set you need and optional features you would like
to have (but which might not be available in the first version of the
patch).
