With version 3.0.0 it's not possible to play videos from the Swedish
national TV site: http://www.svtplay.se unless the Akamai rule is
disabled.
Since I would like to have I have Akamai active for other sites, I tried
to make an exclusion, but am obviously not skilled enough to succeed...
