November 1 has passed, and it seems highly unlikely that we'll complete
this ticket including all its child tickets in the next few days. Shall
we make #4488 the project ticket for sponsor F year 2 item 9 again and
change this ticket to a normal task ticket?
If nobody comes up with a better plan, I'll do that in a few days.
