Comment:
I have a branch called "ipv6_exits_WILL_BE_REBASED" at my public
repository at https://gitweb.torproject.org/nickm/tor.git .
I've tested and debugged it a bit; it needs review, and it needs testing
on a private network on a machine with actual ipv6 connectivity.
