Aaron says "The OONI documentation is confusing because it doesn't explain
Twisted."
Isis says "defer inline callbacks need to be explained, and maybe deferred
lists too."
Dominic suggests "just a link to the Twisted documentation". Bonus points
if you can find a fantastic twisted tutorial on the internet and link to
it.
