I'm adding myself to Cc because this could be due to the purpose-based
timeout changes in circuit_expire_building() (#7341) or the path bias
probes (which also change circuit purpose, but normally only at
circuit_mark_for_close()) in 0.2.4.9. A stack trace would still be
helpful, though.
