On OS X (Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)), running Firefox (19.0), and HTTPS-
Everywhere (3.1.3), when starting FireFox, the system.log invariably
registers an error which includes:
"SSL Observatory: Failed to initialize NSS component:Error: couldn't open
library libnss3.dylib"
