I'm sitting in the Nawaat offices in Tunis and they'd like Tor Browser
users to have protection when visiting their site.
So - they want http://www.nawaat.org/ to be mapped to
https://www.nawaat.org/ and http://nawaat.org/ mapped to
https://nawaat.org/
