I just added some more complicated (but hopefully better) error handling
(e.g. for when a bot gets disconnected while another bot is trying to send
it a message). This required adding a new type of stanza,
"disconnect_error" and tweaking the protocol a bit. Except for error
handling, the program remains backwards compatible.
