I think I want to change our noscript settings to be a bit more easy for
normals to use.
I want to change the 'Allow site X' to 'Temporarily allow all from this
page', and tweak a couple extra settings:
noscript.showPermanent -> false (to avoid origin vs site confusion)
noscript.showTempAllowPage -> true (to allow a whole page at once)
noscript.showRevokeTemp -> true (to allow revoking a whole page at once)
noscript.notify -> false (to avoid fingerprintability from content window
size change)
