#9615: Copy current BridgeDB deployment scripts into admin/bridgedb-admin repo

The current deployment scripts should be put into the new repo (ticket
#9595).
Also, the current layout of the home directory, stat outputs for files,
any logrotate configs, and perhaps a copy of the cronjob should be
recorded somewhere in there as well.
Obviously, everything will need to be checked that it does not contain any
sensitive material.
