#9895: DebugInfo files are not copied to the OUTPUT directory

While #9487 handles the creation of DebugInfo files, they are still
missing in the OUTPUT directory creating a
{{{
cp: cannot stat 'build/out*debug.zip': No such file or directory
}}}
error.
