For entire day (5 Oct 2013) no connection to check.torproject.org. on 4
Oct 13 Tor checked worked fine. On 5 Oct 1st checked at 0800 EST, no
connection throughout day no connection up to and including now 1700 EST 5
Oct.
Can connect to all sites I try, including hidden but cannot check Tor. 2
times got Tor page with onion X'd out and message plus showed IP address
that was not my real IP, so it seems Tor was working but cannot do check
and receive normal OK response.
